Refund policy

At Auréa Glow, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene reasons, used hair and beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
